straightforward navigation throughout
the site, and a clean, fresh design.
The new website is the next phase
of an overall rebrand of the company,
which is headquartered in Paterson, NJ.
Since its acquisition by Vantage Specialty
Chemicals in 2010, Lipo has been focused
on developing new technologies allowing

Fragrance Industry Mourns
Laurette Heinz of Bell,
• The fragrance industry lost a familiar
face, when Laurette Heinz, matriarch of
Bell Flavors and Fragrances, died on Nov.
28, 2012. She was the wife of the late
Edward N. Heinz, who bought Bell in 1968,
and mother of co-presidents James and
Raymond Heinz, as well as shareholder
and board members Edward N. “Reb”
Heinz III, Cissy Natale and Gigi Enriquez.
The fragrance industry also lost another
member, as CPL Aromas announced that
Camilo Bernal died on Nov. 30, 2012 following a short battle with cancer. He was
59, and leaves behind his wife, Alicia, and
Bernal worked for CPL in Colombia for
16 years as a senior perfumer and is cred-
ited for much of the company’s success
in Latin America as his creations proved
successful with so many customers in the
region, the company said in a statement.
CP Kelco Facilities Meet
• CP Kelco has been audited and has
met the requirements for Food Safety
System Certification (FSSC 22000) for
all nine manufacturing facilities, which
meets the requirements of the Global
Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). A continu-
