Waldron comes from General Mills where he spent nearly
20 years managing and building brands, and driving profitable
sales growth. Most recently, he was senior vice president, managing the Yoplait operating division and responsible for profitability, strategic vision, organizational development and
Glenroy, Inc.: promoted Kimberly Weiss to the position of account
manager within Glenroy’s service team. In her new position, Weiss
will have the primary responsibility for maintaining and developing strong customer relationships.
Weiss joined Glenroy in the spring of 2006 as a customer service representative.
Mead Westvaco Corp. (MWV): promoted Laurent Bourgoin to
vice president, European sales and marketing within the fragrance
division of MWV’s beauty and personal care business. In this role,
Bourgoin will focus on developing the European fine fragrance
business and expanding into the emerging markets of Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Rexam: named Eric Soubeiran director,
marketing and innovation in the personal
care division. In this role, he will lead worldwide initiatives to develop and support
products in the division’s core markets–
cosmetics, toiletries and household care. In

executive officer. She succeeds Ido Leffler, the founder of Yes To
Inc., who will remain president. Most recently Chen served as vice
president, operations of laundry, home care and the Greenworks
unit at Clorox.
The Estée Lauder Companies: appointed Bari D. Seiden to vice
president, global corporate communications. According to the
company, she will play the lead role in driving the company’s
communications strategy to best support its global charitable
activities. Seiden has been a valued member of the Estée Lauder
Companies' Global Communications team since April 2001,
when she became vice president, global communications for
Aramis and Designer Fragrances. In 2005, she assumed responsibility for the Specialty Brands, including Darphin. In April
2008, Seiden added corporate social and digital media to her
purview to support the online division. In May 2009, she acquired the responsibility of overseeing global education for the
Swisher Hygiene: filled a number of key roles in its distribution
division. It was highlighted by the appointment of Jeff Rhodes
as vice president of distribution. He brings Swisher a broad
range of professional experience earned over 20 years in the
product distribution industry, including a recent role as vice
president of distributor sales for JohnsonDiversey. Rhodes is
joined by a team of new chemical distribution specialists, veteran industry professionals who will offer clients proven, practical experience in markets from the mid-Atlantic to the Pacific,
